One of our appraiser customers made this parody music video and it cracks us up!

Check out this version with just the lyrics too: www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyVvsjFb9Q4#t=15

Here's the description from his YouTube page.

About: Gary Kristensen is a Portland, Oregon appraiser and owner of A Quality Appraisal, LLC (real estate appraisers). Gary first heard the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis song "Thrift Shop" while attending high school basketball games with his kids. Gary's kids love Macklemore "Thrift Shop" (clean version) and connected with the positive message of being ok to buy clothes from a thrift shop. After hearing "Thrift Shop" many times and seeing other Macklemore "Thrift Shop" parodies on YouTube, Gary decided that Portland home appraisers needed their own parody that has fun with Portland, Oregon appraisers (and the appraisal profession), including the fact that few appraisers retire (especially after HVCC), Portland appraisers often step in dog poop, Portland appraisers often work from home in PJs, appraisers often see marijuana growing in Portland homes, Portland is a bicycle city, and Portland appraisers see many ugly or odd homes. This video is a bazaar mix of the life of a Portland real estate appraiser and some of the crazy things that happen in the original Macklemore and Ryan Lewis "Thrift Shop" video. We recommend watching the original Macklemore "Thrift Shop" video also to fully understand "Portland Appraiser Shop."
