Snap photos and enter details room-by-room in TOTAL for Mobile

|

Are you an appraiser who relies on paper to get through each inspection?  If so, you're probably spending too much time re-typing your work at the end of the day.  We've designed our free mobile app to keep all your work in one place — through every step of your inspection, room-by-room.  On your next assignment, check out the Rooms tab in TOTAL for Mobile.  You won't see this feature in our desktop software — it's designed specifically to improve your workflow in the field!

With the Rooms tab, you can enter details room-by-room as you go through your inspection.  Snap photos, take speech-to-text notes, and enter features & conditions as you walk through each room of the property!  Bonus:  If you like to sketch as you go, you don't have to stop drawing to keep track of room edits — we let you do both at once.  Watch the video below to see how it works [1:11]:

When you sync your report back to TOTAL, all of the room data you collected is available instantly.  View it in two ways:

  1. From the Notes PowerView in TOTAL, click the Mobile Notes tab and double-click on the file called FieldData to view each piece of information you entered in a comprehensive document — rooms included.  (If you took separate notes in the app, those are shown in the Mobile Notes tab, too.)
  2. From the Forms PowerView or the Side-by-Side PowerView, check out the Above Grade Room Count fields.  The app updates your room counts automatically!
