Get a subject-only aerial map

Written by on February 10, 2015

In other software, to get an aerial (satellite) location map of the subject by itself, you might be used to having to create a full map with comparables, then spending time removing all your comps and listings balloons one by one before you save.

In TOTAL, however, a subject-only aerial map is a built-in feature. From the Forms PowerView, click the arrow next to the Map menu button and choose the option "Subject Location Map Only." This option immediately pulls a map with a balloon for only the subject property — and if you want to label this map an "Aerial Map," just use the pull-down in the map wizard before you close it.

Try this in TOTAL today, or click here to get a fully-functional trial.
