Real Estate eDoc and eSignature solution, SureDocs releases free update

a la mode announced today the first in a series of free updates to SureDocs, eDoc and eSignature solution for real estate agents that's currently available in free public beta.

Now, when agents receive e-mails with attachments of their disclosures or real estate contracts instead of through SureDocs, they can simply forward everything (including the attachment) in one click to their digital SureDocs file. SureDocs completely circumvents the multi-step, timely process of having to export docs from e-mails, save them, and move them to a specified file folder.

Whether docs are forwarded from a desktop computer or mobile device they're all centrally stored and are available the next time an agent opens SureDocs. For example – If an agent is working an open house when an offer is e-mailed to them, they can simply forward the e-mail to SureDocs so it's ready to tag and send to the seller as soon as they're done working the open house. The offer won't get lost in an overflowing inbox, or be forgotten about.

SureDocs has the ability to seamlessly handle electronic, faxed, traditional wet signatures, or any combination. By adding the e-mail forwarding system agents will be able to accept docs signed and submitted any way the client chooses with ease.

a la mode is also putting the finishing touches on the SureDocs Signer App for the Apple iPad. With the SureDocs Signer App and SureDocs, all of an agent's docs for each transaction are presented to the signer to read and sign right on the iPad. The SureDocs Signer App will be available for free this summer.
