Updated 1004MC Worksheet Template

This new 1004MC template has been extremely popular. In fact, you may be using it already to automate your 1004MC work.

We want to let you know we just updated the Total # of Comparable Active Listings section to adhere to the most recent Fannie Mae guidelines. (In case you're curious, the first one was built using older guidelines, which are still commonly used by MLSs and in industry training materials.)
