Mobile gets a new look and workflow improvements

Redesigned for modern mobile devices, TOTAL for Mobile will soon get a facelift. An improved layout makes switching tasks fast and easy. Run the app on any device, and enjoy the freedom to pick any size you like, and experience a similar interface whether it's Android, iPad, or iPhone.

Access all features quickly from the new slideout menu

TOTAL for Mobile has a lot of features. Over the years, keeping things tidy had become a challenge. To make everything easy to find, we have introduced a menu where you can quickly access every feature. Accessing this menu is a breeze… Either tap the "hamburger" icon on the upper left, or simply swipe from the left to open it. To make it even faster, you can still access the "tabs" with a single tap, even when the menu is closed.

Form and rooms tab

Form and room data are conveniently located on a single tab. Switching between form sections and rooms is a snap. Inspecting a property is often not a predictable thing, requiring you to switch tasks often. We've paid special attention to making this more fluid. Go ahead, change to the Photos tab to take a photo. With a tap you are back on the forms tab, exactly where you left off.

Navigate to a comp and take its photo more quickly

Quickly access comparable data or get directions from the Directions tab. Tapping a comp marker lets you quickly get turn-by-turn direction, or jump directly to the comp form to take a photo or edit data. Look for future support of multi-stop route planning to help you reduce travel time even more.

Photos

Using your device’s camera, take as many subject photos as you want, and the pages will be automatically added to your report when you sync to your desktop. It’s especially helpful on FHA, unique properties, and other assignments requiring photos of every room or extensive exterior shots.

Easy switching between Sketch and Freehand Drawing

Creating detailed mobile sketches is as simple as tapping and swiping with your fingertips. Sometimes though, you just need a rough sketch. Now, switching to freehand drawing to perform ad-hoc sketches is just a tap away without having to leave the Sketcher.

From phone to phablet to a full size tablet, TOTAL for Mobile has the broadest support for any screen size. This gives you the freedom to choose exactly the device size you want to perform your sketches.

Take notes anywhere

Ditch the notepad. Whether it's taking detailed text notes, or recording audio notes as you drive by comparables, taking notes has never been faster.

All your notes are easily accessed in one place

Your text, audio and drawings are easily accessed on the Notes tab. Consolodating all your notes on a single tab makes reviewing and taking new notes a snap. In the future, more notes like TOTAL's To-Do's, will also be available here too.

This version will be available soon for iOS 7+ and Android 4+ devices.
