CUC Mortgage Corporation is using a la mode's eSignature application, SureDocs, to receive eSigned loan disclosures from their credit union clients. Borrowers are opting to sign disclosures electronically instead of traditional signatures an amazing 70% of the time. "We have heard nothing but positive feedback since the program was introduced," said Richard Maxstadt, SVP/COO of CUC Mortgage. "In moving away from traditional mail service to electronic submission and delivery of disclosures, we are able to streamline the workflow process from application to closing, providing both the lender and the consumer the most expedient loan process possible," noted Maxstadt.
