Using multiple monitors with TOTAL

Written by on April 9, 2013

Utilizing multiple monitors with your computer is one of the biggest productivity-boosting decisions customers tell us they’ve made. In a standard setup, you can have an appraisal open on one screen, e-mail on another, and some MLS details on another. Moving windows between screens is as easy as drag-and-drop.

TOTAL is the only appraisal software built specifically to help the modern appraiser make truly effective use of a multiple-monitor system.

You can undock multiple PowerViews with a click, and arrange them to help you get more work done faster. Want to see your addendum at the same time as the major form, both in full screen? How about seeing the E&O, Workfile and the side-by-side comps PowerViews all at once? Even the Sketch and Comps database open in their own windows, so you can put them wherever it helps you the most. TOTAL lets you do all of this with ease.

If you’re not using both TOTAL and multiple monitors in your office, you’re missing out on an incredible boost in your productivity.

Only TOTAL is flexible enough to let you work more efficiently, the way you want. Click here to get started with TOTAL 2013 today.

BONUS TIPS:
The three monitors used in this video are 24-inch widescreen monitors, and the one in the middle is rotated on its stand to display the entire form. If you're looking into getting a monitor rotated into portrait mode, just make sure the stand that it comes with can be rotated.
