Windows Update causing signature issue (3/10/21)

Some of our customers are reporting an issue with their signatures appearing as a black box when printed to PDF. It’s caused by Windows Update KB5000802 from last night, 3/9/2021. A quick search of the web shows many Windows users are reporting issues related to printing across various software (unrelated to ours).

If you’re experiencing this issue: The current workaround is to change the default PDF print driver to PDF XChange as it appears to be unaffected.
