A look back at 2023

There’s no way around it, 2023 was a tough year for appraisers. Mortgage rate increases and difficult market conditions meant there was less work to go around. But you pressed on, focused on what you could control, and we made every effort to help you along the way. We focused on helping you generate non-lender work using our tools and ideas from our trainers and coaches. Our support team made sure you had great help any time you needed it. Our product teams built innovative new tools to help you capitalize when the market picks back up and began laying the groundwork for a smooth transition into the upcoming UAD changes.  

We appreciate you sticking with us through the ups and downs, and we’re excited to continue to serve you as business comes back around.
