We've noticed that you have Windows XP, Vista, or Server 2003. It has probably served you very well over the years, but it's time to upgrade to a more modern platform.
- Microsoft stopped supporting those OSs as far back as four years ago. And several of the vulnerabilities inherent to them have surfaced in the last few months. (Click here and here for a few examples.) In fact, we'd be doing you a disservice by continuing our support of them.
- Microsoft is about to end support for Bing Maps in these older operating systems with outdated versions of Internet Explorer. That makes it impossible for WinTOTAL to get maps into your reports.
So, starting in July, WinTOTAL will have limited capabilities, or won't run at all on Windows XP, Vista, or Server 2003.
We strongly recommend that you move to Windows 10 and upgrade to TOTAL at the same time. You'll get far superior formfilling software, Microsoft's latest, and you'll have much more stable technology, which will bring you peace of mind. (Note: WinTOTAL can't run on Windows 10.Click here to see why.)
Or if you're not ready to upgrade away from WinTOTAL, you'll need to go with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. While they aren't the latest, they will run WinTOTAL.
We wish this wasn't necessary, but these changes are necessary because of Microsoft.
However, we're doing everything we can to make the situation easier for our customers. That's why we've set up a dedicated phone number to help you make the upgrade and answer all your questions. We can even help you choose the right computer.

There will be waves of calls in late June from procrastinators. You'll be much better off upgrading now to avoid longer-than-usual hold times and possible service interruption.
As always, thank you for your business.
