Uploading XML to your client’s website

Written by on September 25, 2012

Does your client require you to log into their website to deliver your UAD reports? How many minutes do you spend manually saving out your XMLs and then manually logging into their site to upload them?

Instead, automate this process with SmartBrowser, part of DataCourier in WinTOTAL and TOTAL. When it’s time to deliver a UAD report, click Upload in DataCourier to open SmartBrowser.

SmartBrowser is very simple: it easily copies saved data on the left directly into your client’s website on the right. Click into a blank on the website, and then click the add data icon on the left to copy the information over. Some clients require that you label each upload with items like file number, or property address. SmartBrowser has already extracted these items and lets you copy them with a click. The XML file and PDF are uploaded the same way.

The best part is that it’s all done within WinTOTAL or TOTAL — you don’t have to go through a frustrating manual process, and you’ve saved minutes per report.

SmartBrowser in DataCourier is exclusive to TOTAL and WinTOTAL, so if you haven’t tried either one yet, click here for a free trial.
