New Feature Lets Small- to-Medium-Size Brokers Quickly and Effectively Route and Manage Leads; Official Debut Set for Annual NAR Conference and Expo This Month
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. – a la mode, one of the most mission critical and influential technology companies in the real estate industry, today announced that it has added advanced lead management and lead routing features to its Broker XSites' website product line.
Broker XSites are the industry's most cost-effective solution for real estate brokerages of any size, but are specifically targeted to the needs of small-to-mid-size brokers.
"Broker after broker tells us that half the leads coming into their office don't get followed up on," commented Rusty Lindquist, a la mode's Vice President of Broker and Agent Products. "That's in large part due to leads getting sent to the wrong people.

Grouped lead routing with Broker XSites allows brokers to automatically route Web leads to the agents most qualified to close them, based on property type, geographic area, or other pre-defined criteria. But it doesn't stop there.
Grouped routing allows brokers to distribute hot leads to top producers and/or "cooler" leads to agents they are better suited for, or to automarketing systems like a la mode's XSellerate. Equal and weighted distributions of leads are accommodated, for instance if a broker wants to reward top producers with more or better leads. Grouped routing allows agents to be excluded from certain types of leads, too.

Before now, custom lead routing engines were built according to rules that were expensive and difficult to change, Lindquist noted. A reliable, powerful lead routing system is also an important recruiting advantage for brokers, enabling them to promise better quality, hotter leads to top producers.
a la mode will formally introduce the lead-routing feature during "NARdi Gras," the National Association of Realtors' annual Conference & Expo, Nov. 10 to 13 in New Orleans (Booth 535). At the show, a la mode will be giving away a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S SUV.
