AXIS Appraisal Management Solutions integrates with a la mode’s Mercury Network to deliver cutting edge appraisal management and service

Oklahoma City, OK – a la mode announced today that AXIS Appraisal Management Solutions has now fully integrated their appraisal management operations with a la mode’s Mercury Network Vendor Management Platform (VMP).

The integration results in several benefits for AXIS’ lender clients, including highly tailored service for each client’s preferences. “Many lenders have internal processes and requirements that make outsourcing their appraisal operations a frustrating proposition when appraisal management companies aren’t able to serve the lenders’ individual needs”, said Kim Perotti, Director of Operations for AXIS.  This integration with Mercury Network empowers AXIS to automatically set workflow and communication preferences for each lender client so their appraisal management works exactly as they need it to, without the compliance risks and expense inherent in keeping your appraisal desk in house.

The integration also gives AXIS Appraisal Management and their clients Native XML for compliance with the GSE’s coming MISMO XML 2.6 mandate.  Instead of the error-prone PDF extraction or OCR techniques destined for failure, AXIS’ clients will submit appraisal reports to the GSEs without fear of rejection or file correction fees.
