Fannie Mae, Fair Isaac among companies relying on XSites Network

When we launched the XSites Network – then called the Mercury Network – in 2001, we leveraged the industry's most sophisticated infrastructure and largest pool of appraiser users to create an invaluable resource for mortgage originators. Last week at the Mortgage Bankers Association National Technology in Mortgage Banking Conference & Expo in Orlando, we announced the consummation of a partnership with Fannie Mae. The XSites Network, and the many thousands of appraisers using Appraiser XSites and XSite Order Manager, our appraiser workflow management desktop software, will be the backbone for valuation services used by Fannie Mae in Real Estate Owned (REO) disposition.

We also announced custom plugins for some leading LOS and loan automation software. Users of Fair Isaac Corporation's (of FICO score fame) Diamond LOS as well as users of MortgageFlex's LoanQuest software will have streamlined access to the XSites Network's appraiser vendors. Orders will be routed directly to Appraiser XSite-enabled appraisers, status updates during the assignment will be available 24 x 7 on the appraiser's XSite, completed reports will be screened for compliance and QA on the appraiser's end, before they're sent, and reports will be delivered securely to the Diamond or LoanQuest user.

Even if you're not a Diamond or LoanQuest user or involved in Fannie Mae REO disposal, this news should let you know you're partnered with a company the industry realizes means business.
