Based on customer feedback, we’ve made some exciting updates to the Users and Accounts screen in Titan. The updates provide a more user-friendly experience with more clarity through tooltips and overall design improvements — including the ability to manage your users from your smart device.

- Training information is automatically emailed to new users when assigned a seat.
- The page dynamically displays information based on a user’s permission settings.
- Seat access for account owners with free access to Titan Reports (Admins or Remote License users) are identified with a paper icon in the grid. These user-types can’t be unassigned.
- You will no longer be prompted to add a security question and answer when adding a new user. This will be something that the new user will be prompted to complete upon first launching Titan.
Now that Titan has been fully released, we’ll be developing new updates to continually improve customer experience and functionality. If you have additional feature or improvement requests simply click the Help button in Titan and select Feature Request. And, as always, you can use the Feedback button in TOTAL.
