We had an incredible time at the 2025 Appraisers Conference and Trade Show (ACTS) in San Antonio, TX! We’re still buzzing with excitement from a few days of connecting with appraisers and showcasing what’s next for the appraisal industry.
From start to finish, ACTS was packed with conversations at our booth, face-to-face live demos, and answering your burning questions about UAD 3.6. Appraisers are preparing for what’s next—and we’re here to help.
Appraiser Trainee Field Trip: Hands-On Learning
A new event was added to ACTS this year. We were proud to sponsor a group of 40+ appraiser trainees for an exclusive field trip experience. It was a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground opportunity to see ScanToSketch in action. We walked through real-world scanning scenarios on-site at properties and showcased TOTAL For Mobile interior and exterior sketching at a property converted into usable floor plans—no more manual sketching, no more headaches.
Sneak Peek: UAD 3.6 in TOTAL for Mobile
ACTS 2025 gave us the perfect time to demo what the future looks like with UAD 3.6 inside TOTAL for Mobile. We shared how appraisers will be able to work faster and more intuitively, with smart formatting and built-in dynamic fields that align with the updated standards.
Seeing the reactions—from raised eyebrows to full-on “wow” moments—reminded us how powerful it is to be able to put the future into appraisers’ hands.
Conversations at the Booth
Throughout the conference, we had the chance to meet with appraisers from across the country. Whether you’re a long-time user or just discovering us for the first time, we heard your questions, listened to your challenges, and talked about how we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Your feedback continues to shape how we build and improve our products.
Preparing you for what’s next
As the industry transitions into the new UAD later this year, we’re ready to help prepare you—not just for the upgrades within TOTAL For Mobile, but for the opportunities ahead. Thanks to everyone who stopped by, shared their stories, and gave us their time. We’re honored to be a part of this community and can’t wait to keep growing with you as we navigate the changes of appraising together.
