Get the most out of UAD 3.6 Office Hours

Untitled - January 28, 2026 at 17.01.04-28 (5)

More and more appraisers are joining our daily UAD 3.6 Office Hours, so we recently added an extra hour each day to offer even more support! Here are some tips on how you can get the most out of this daily resource:

1. Log on at 11AM Central:
Attendance can vary from day to day, and there can be a lot to get through. Getting to the session from the beginning helps to ensure you have time to ask your questions.

2. Know what types of questions are covered:
This forum is best suited to how-to questions about the dataset or UAD 3.6 within TOTAL. Because of the format, we can't troubleshoot technical issues during these sessions. If something isn't working as expected, you'll need to create a Support Request or call in.

3. Prepare and prioritize the questions you want answered:
Having a clear (and maybe written down) idea of what you want to ask about can really help you get what you need faster . The UAD 3.6 Office Hours chat is the best place for multiple, quick questions. If you have a more complex issue that you need addressed, click the hand icon to be called on by the host.

4. Learn from other appraisers' questions:
Arguably one of the greatest benefits to Office Hours is the ability to hear what other professionals are discussing. It can save you time or spark new ideas for how to speed up your reporting.

Don't have time to attend or missed the window? Quickly see if your topic was already addressed in our most recent UAD 3.6 webinar by using the search transcript function
