Q: How do product coaches ensure customers maximize the value of our products?
A: We assist customers in learning the software and streamlining their workflows, and introduce customers to products and features they may not even know about, such as QuickSource or ScanToSketch.
Q: Can you share an example of how utilizing product coaches helps appraisers optimize workflow?
A: Bringing attention to the process of QuickSource and how it can save time is a big hit. Not only does QuickSource help with importing and managing data from credible sources – it helps customers improve accuracy in every report. Plus, it reduces a lot of manual data entry, which is always a big workflow boost.
Q: What is your favorite product to coach on? Why?
A: QuickSource. Time management is crucial with each appraisal. By removing the data entry, appraisers have more time for other things. This allows them to crank out more appraisals in the same amount of time and gives them time back in their day.
Q: Can you tell us what you enjoy most about helping customers?
A: I enjoy helping customers realize just how powerful TOTAL software can be. It’s fulfilling to show appraisers different ways to accomplish goals utilizing our products and in turn – they have the flexibility to choose what works best for them in their own business. Knowing that we helped them learn new ways to improve their everyday work processes is fulfilling.
