New PDR form released in TOTAL for Mobile

Checklist view of the data set question

Appraisers, appraiser trainees, and other appraisal staff members can now use the free TOTAL for Mobile app to deliver Property Data Reports (PDRs) directly to their clients.

The PDR is part of a new offering that allows lenders to originate certain loans without a full appraisal. Additional property information is physically collected on site by trained data collectors using the proprietary Freddie Mac PDR dataset. Our a la mode team worked closely with Freddie Mac to receive approval on the dynamic form.

“The appraisal field is constantly changing, and appraisers must stay innovative to keep up with their clients’ needs,” said Sean Shiplet, Senior Leader, CoreLogic Property & Appraisal Solutions. “Adding PDRs to their skillset allows them to offer even more services to their clients and opens a potential new revenue opportunity previously unavailable through Freddie’s waiver-only program.”

Structure view of the data set questions

The PDR form is a dynamic form containing 40+ sections that can automatically increase based on the subject property characteristics. Appraisers using TOTAL for Mobile to complete the form will save it as a PDF and deliver it directly from their mobile device to clients.

Appraisers interested in using TOTAL for Mobile to complete the new PDR forms can download the TOTAL for Mobile app for free in the Apple app store.

Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for our upcoming webinar with CoreLogic’s Chief Appraiser Shawn Telford and a la mode’s Joel Baker about PDRs.
