The CoreLogic |a la mode team had an incredible time connecting with so many appraisers and loyal customers at Valuation Expo 2024 in August! Thank you to those who stopped by our booth to chat, ask questions, give feedback, and learn what’s next for TOTAL. 

We were proud to show you some sneak peeks of UAD 3.6 within TOTAL and enjoyed demoing ScanToSketch capabilities at the booth.  

Leading the way with UAD 3.6 

There were several questions regarding UAD 3.6 development and its launch date. Download TOTAL for Mobile for Free 

If you haven’t already, now is the perfect time to download TOTAL for Mobile for free – the new UAD will change your workflow, and we want you to be prepared. By downloading TOTAL for Mobile, you will be one step ahead of the game when UAD 3.6 goes into effect. You can seamlessly collect field data, sketch properties, and sync everything back to your TOTAL desktop.  

Interior ScanToSketch: Wall-To-Wall Sketching 

A crowd favorite was our demo of ScanToSketch, which features interior wall-to-wall sketching. This is a new feature of ScanToSketch, following our exterior ScanToSketch release last summer. The uniqueness of ScanToSketch is how easily you can scan the interior or exterior of a property, and have an accurate sketch generated – right from the field.
