Q: How do Elite coaches ensure customers maximize the value of our products?
A: We provide personalized, one-on-one training tailored to each customer’s specific needs and goals. This approach helps appraisers quickly understand and effectively use our software no matter what stage they are at in their a la mode journey.
Q: How do product coaches help appraisers optimize workflow?
A: I’ve seen firsthand how our Elite package, which includes unlimited product coaching, helps business owners manage their day-to-day needs and stay current with evolving technology.
Through personalized training, our Elite product coaches empower appraisers to make the most of our software, ensuring they stay current with technology updates and never feel left behind by new features or tools. This proactive approach allows them to continuously refine their workflows, ensuring they always leverage the most efficient methods and tools available.
Q: What is your favorite product to coach on? Why?
A: My favorite product to coach on is our XSites websites. It’s vital for appraisers who run their own businesses or are looking to enhance their online presence. An XSites session allows customers to stay updated with marketing trends without needing to be content creators or web designers — which can have a transformative impact on their business.
Whether a customer wants a simple setup or a more elaborate design, they have the flexibility to create a website that meets their goal. During our coaching sessions, I guide appraisers through the process of setting up their XSite, so each session is unique and offers a creative challenge that I genuinely enjoy.
Having a marketing background adds an extra layer of fun to these sessions. I get to share insights on best practices for online marketing, SEO strategies, and effective content creation. Experiencing the enthusiasm in a customer’s voice when they grasp the potential of their new website is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy listening to their success stories in subsequent sessions—how their online presence has expanded, the new clients they’ve attracted, and how their business has flourished. It’s worth noting that our coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, making these moments even more impactful through the power of conversation and shared achievement.
Coaching on XSites is not just about teaching customers how to use a product – it’s about empowering them to take their business to the next level. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see them succeed and to know that I’ve played a part in their journey.
Q: Can you tell us what you enjoy most about helping customers?
A: What I find most fulfilling about helping customers goes back to why I started teaching technology in the first place. It began with the simple act of assisting my grandmother in learning to use her iPad. Through that experience, I came to understand the challenges she faced with new technology and the language barriers we navigated together as I explained its features and benefits.
Many of our customers are bright individuals who are eager to harness technology to improve their business. My passion lies in ensuring they feel empowered to manage their daily tasks and overcome any obstacles they encounter in their careers.
Knowing that our customers rely on a supportive team of Elite product coaches and support technicians is incredibly rewarding. It’s heartening to be part of a team that genuinely cares about their journey and success.
