Cotality | a la mode is excited to announce that we've completed the verification process with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 reports!
We chose to utilize the same software our customers already know and rely on, rather than a new, separate platform. The end result will be the most comprehensive appraisal software suite on the market, optimized for a new era of more thoroughly vetted and detailed reporting.
"What does verification mean for me?"
Our "Launch Edition" of TOTAL should be on your desktop in mid to late January after it goes through the final phase of testing. It features the same interface and workflow as the Learning Edition, ensuring a seamless transition without a learning curve.
