Is that report in the Vault? Use Vault status icons to find out…
Written by a la mode on March 28, 2017
When you have hundreds of reports in the Appraisal Desktop, it can get pretty hard to remember which ones you’ve sent to the Vault or not. And you need to know if they're backed up in the case of an emergency. We don’t want there to be any confusion when it comes to the security of your reports, and since you’ve been asking for the Vault Keys back, so we did you one better.
Because when you're facing a computer crash, you need to know immediately if your files are backed up or not. With the new Vault status icons, you can make sure your files are protected before disaster strikes.
Here's what they tell you:
The most current version of a report is uploaded to the Vault.
An older version of a report exists on your Appraisal Desktop than what's in the Vault.
You've made changes to a report and it will be sent to the Vault during your next scheduled backup.
(Note: Only reports in watched folders will show an icon.)
Check out the video below – you’ll find a quick breakdown of the icons and how they keep you up to date on the status of your reports.
