General Purpose forms have gone mobile

Last week’s Tech Tip covered how to bring in non-lender clients by updating your XSite’s homepage (click here to read it). This week, I'm covering our General Purpose forms.

Non-lender clients really like these forms because they’re more approachable than the typical lender forms. And appraisers like our GP forms because they aren’t rehashed from the Fannie and Freddie forms like other software vendors have done. They also include "extras," such as more space for the legal description, an expanded Improvements section without checkboxes, and a section to define intended use and intended users. You can see what I mean in the video above. Or, click here to see a sample of the General Purpose Consumer short form, which is specifically made for homeowners.

And now, the GP Residential form (our most popular General Purpose form) is available in TOTAL for Mobile, our free mobile app. This makes it really quick and easy to fill out more forms while you’re in the field. If you don't have TOTAL for Mobile, you can get it for free for your iPad or Android™ tablet. Click here to download it for your iPad from the iTunes Store, or get it from Google play here.

In TOTAL and WinTOTAL Aurora, you can access our entire series of General Purpose forms from your report's Contents. Click here to see previews of each one.

Also, don't forget to sign up for my Holiday Device Buying Guide webinar next Wednesday. We're going to talk about features of different devices currently on the market and how you can use them in your business. You can see more details here on my blog, or click here to sign up. Class starts at 3:00 Central, and it's completely free.
