RE:Focus Analytics Makes Sharing MLS Data with Clients Easier Than Ever with New Evernote Publishing

Real estate professionals have rapidly adopted the note taking and sharing app Evernote as a go-to productivity booster. Today, mobile MLS and marketing software mainstay a la mode announced their free iPad app, RE:Focus Analytics, now features Evernote Publishing, making it easier than ever to organize and share listings, MLS data-based market reports, client-specific property tour sheets, and more.
Built on simple-to-build saved searches called "Lenses," RE:Focus Analytics helps real estate pros easily gather property information, market data, and analytics based on a variety of factors such as property type, geography, and characteristics such as size, price, bedroom count, or exterior features. RE:Focus then crunches all that data into visually impressive charts, graphs, and market reports that can be used to create CMAs, listing presentations, and other marketing content. With this new integration with Evernote, all that information and market research can be saved to an agent's Evernote account, or it could be shared with clients on a transaction-specific basis in a format that's already widely adopted by consumers.
"From listing sheets, to photos, to CMAs, MLS data has always served a role in helping buyers and sellers make their decisions," said Dustin Moore, President of a la mode's Real Estate Solutions Division. "But most MLS systems don't make all those things available in a mobile app, which is where agents need it most. And they don't make the data available in a way that invites consumers to collaborate with their agent throughout the transaction. By pairing RE:Focus Analytics and Evernote, we've made it completely simple for MLS subscribers to share listing info and fact-based market stats and analysis, while also taking advantage of Evernote's excellent collaboration features."
Evernote is a wildly popular note taking and collaboration platform, boasting tens of millions of users across their mobile, desktop, and web apps. Businesses and consumers alike use Evernote for everything from simple note taking, to task management, to document storage. In the real estate industry, Evernote has become a must-have app, driving an entire ecosystem of training materials and social media groups.
"It isn't hard to understand why real estate pros rely so heavily on Evernote. It's so simple, yet so flexible that agents can use it for anything from meeting notes to transaction management. And it's even better with our new RE:Focus Analytics publishing," said Brad Eaton, Chief Product Officer at a la mode. "In seconds, agents can create a client-specific shared folder in Evernote. Then they can use RE:Focus Analytics to add photos of potential homes, pricing and sales trends for the neighborhood, and a comp report and CMA for determining an offer price. Once the information is in Evernote, everyone has access on their mobile devices while on a home tour. Everyone can make notes, add voice notes, annotate photos, and share likes and dislikes of each home. This is the best way to collaborate and share real estate information between several people at once."
"As buyers and sellers require more information and more real-time communication from their agents, systems like RE:Focus Analytics and Evernote are critical technologies for agents," added Eaton. "We want to create software that makes the transaction process much easier for both our customers and their clients. This integration definitely delivers in that regard."
RE:Focus Analytics is a free iPad app available exclusively for MLS subscribers. You can learn more about RE:Focus analytics at www.alamode.com/refocus or download it to your iPad from the iTunes App Store. More information about Evernote is available at Evernote.com.
