OKLAHOMA CITY – a la mode today announced that its applications for the iPhone and iPad combined have surpassed the 100,000 installs mark.
a la mode has changed the face of real estate technology with its appraiser sketching and data gathering software, DaVinci for iPhone and iPad, as well as TourNarrator for the iPhone, which helps real estate agents close deals faster by taking and organizing notes and pictures of properties clients have visited.
“The apps we’re producing are fundamentally changing the way our customers do business. They save appraisers time and increase their efficiency, and give agents the ability to help their clients make great decisions faster. The apps have been hugely successful, with award-winning DaVinci for iPad being listed as the No. 1 free business app in the Apple App Store just six days after its release in 2010. DaVinci has consistently been chosen by Apple to be featured on its iPad Business Apps page, where only a select few apps are showcased out of thousands. It also recently won an Innovator of the Year award from The Journal Record. And, TourNarrator was on Apple’s “What’s Hot” list after debuting in 2009.
These apps have enabled both appraisers and agents to go completely mobile in the field. Appraisers using DaVinci for iPad no longer need to carry a clipboard, and agents can leave the notepads and camera at home with TourNarrator’s features.
“For as long as appraisers have been conducting home inspections, they’ve searched for ways to gather data more efficiently. Appraisers using DaVinci tell us they’ve significantly cut turn times on appraisals. DaVinci has changed the game relative to mobile data-collection,” said Dale Spoonemore, DaVinci product manager.
