Appraisers handle rounding adjustments differently. Some appraisers like to round each field manually, as they fill out the grid. Some like to set rounding in their template reports, so that rounding is automatic.
But did you know that TOTAL has a way for you to change the rounding for any adjustment on-the-fly, and then let you push that rounding to all other adjustments in the report? Just use the “Apply to All Adjustment Fields” button in the toolbar of the Comparables Side-by-Side PowerView. See how it works in the video below.
