E&O warnings for settlement date corrected with Jan. 2nd WinTOTAL update

Since the WinTOTAL update on 12/26, some of you have been seeing E&O warnings about your settlement dates.
Yesterday, we posted a new update specifically to fix that issue, which caused the E&O engine to interpret settlement dates based on day and month rather than month and year.
