Use your Enterprise XSite's exclusive property export tool to take the addresses from your completed reports and create mailing labels so you can send an advertisement to all the homeowners at all the properties you’ve appraised in the past. It’s likely to be easy, high-fee work.
From WinTOTAL's Files Powerview, click Tools, then Export Address data to XSellerate. Choose a timeframe for how far back you want to go: a month, a year, maybe two. Click OK and sign into your XSite.
The first step is to choose which ad you want to print. We provide three letters that are written for you, as well as one postcard. Just click on them to open them up and print them from Adobe. Whether you write your own or use the ones that come with the XSite, make sure the ad is appropriate for your market: PMI removal, listing appraisals, tax challenge, etc.
The next step is to print your labels. Choose which Avery label format you use from the pull-down and you’ll see a preview of the labels on the right. If you have a partially-used label sheet, you can even click on the label in the grid where you’d like to start printing. When you’re ready, click the Print icon.
That’s it! You can now send advertisements directly to the homeowners of all the properties you’ve appraised before in a few simple steps using your Enterprise XSite.
