New software addresses marketing blind spot: maintaining relationships with past clients

With XSellerate 2.0, the automated marketing program, agents can create and send drip e-mail campaigns in three easy steps
a la mode, a leading developer of desktop, mobile and Web tools for real estate professionals, will release version 2.0 of its XSellerate marketing and communication system for real estate agents at the 2005 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Conference and Expo in San Francisco.
XSellerate 2.0 addresses the Achilles heel of most agents’ marketing strategies: maintaining relationships with past clients. According to a recent NAR technology study, although agents rely heavily on past clients for repeat and referral business, most admit they do not maintain relationships with these clients as well as they should. a la mode re-engineered XSellerate to make it fast and convenient for agents to market to and maintain their relationships with such clients.
“Why would an agent ignore past clients, knowing it’s such a great way to generate repeat and referral revenue? We think a big reason is that current solutions out there are too complex,” said David Facer, Product Manager for XSellerate with a la mode. “So, we’ve taken everything involved in creating an advanced drip marketing campaign and rolled it into three easy steps.”
More information about the new XSellerate 2.0 can be found on the Web at www.alamode.com/xsellerate/agents.
XSellerate’s new user interface paired with ready-made core relationship campaigns allows agents to deliver marketing messages for weeks, months – even years. XSellerate 2.0 also integrates with a la mode’s Agent XSites by collecting data from lead capture forms and automatically scheduling targeted marketing campaigns based on the visitor’s information. That is, buyers get buyer campaigns, sellers get marketing targeted to sellers, with minimal effort on the agent’s part.
In the coming months, Facer said, XSellerate 2.0 will have expanded newsletter and print capabilities, allowing agents to use several marketing avenues to build relationships.
“We wanted to give agents something that would ensure they could easily and consistently present their image and brand to past – as well as current – clients. That’s what they need to keep their sales pipelines full,” Facer continued. “With XSellerate 2.0, agents simply need to turn it on and it starts working.”
