See what’s inside the latest TOTAL update
Written by a la mode on December 29, 2016
You probably noticed an increase in TOTAL updates recently. That's because we want to make things as easy and user-friendly as possible both in the office and in the field. Your continued feedback is what helps us decide what to tweak, improve, or add to TOTAL. So, keep it coming.
If you haven't checked out the latest TOTAL update here's a few things you're missing:
- Easily access and edit your user profile information, including your license, signature, and office settings, by hitting the "profile" button in your tool bar (to the left of the dashboard).
- Filter your forms results immediately using the updated search feature in the Contents PowerView. That means no more skimming over unwanted forms to find the highlighted ones you need. (This was implemented thanks to your feedback!)
- Click the link in the lower left corner of the Contents PowerView to see which forms can be converted to XML, ENV, or enhanced ENV format to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- To make your comps search faster, both the address and proximity have been added as default search fields in the Comps Database.
- When you open the Comps Database, you’ll see properties in the Grid view instead of the Map view. This is closer to what you see in the MLS.
Take a couple minutes and see how they work:
For the complete list of improvements, take a look at the detailed release notes below. And to download this update, and any prior updates, just click Help (with TOTAL open), and then click Check for Updates.
