Start a report from the Assignment PowerView

If you work with more than one appraiser, or work in an office with an office manager, TOTAL has an easy way for them to start a report from an incoming order while still giving the appraiser full control over which file to use for merging purposes.

For this, use SmartStart to start a new report in the Assignment PowerView. Among other items, the office manager can fill out all the pertinent order and job details, from address and contact info to invoice and scheduling information. Then, when the appraiser gets back and it's time to start working on the report, the appraiser can open the report in the Assignment PowerView and click Merge at the top to choose their template.
