Do you move the most similar sales comps to the lower-numbered slots? Let TOTAL help you do this automatically with a single click.
TOTAL gives each of your comps a weight, based on how much you’ve adjusted it. The less adjustment, the higher the weight. And the weight is relative, so as you add, remove, or adjust other comps, you’ll see the weights change across the board.
The weights always add up to 100, so it’s easy to think of them as percentages.
