Tip from the Roadshow: Automatically add the FHA case number to your report

Many lenders require that the FHA or VA case number be added on all forms in your report, even when there's not necessarily a specific form field just for that number. This means that a lot of appraisers end up manually putting in the number, sometimes trying to create a field for it or putting it in the wrong place. Instead, use the Report Option setting in TOTAL to automatically add the FHA/VA case number to every form in your report when you print or deliver it. You only have to set this up once, and it applies to every report after.
