Every professional athlete understands the benefit of having a good coach. A player excels at the game and knows how to kill it on the field. But a coach’s job is to fine-tune the plays and take their performance to the next level. Believe it or not, appraising works the same way. Out in the field, you know all the skills and analysis required to get to an accurate opinion of value. But sometimes, you need a different perspective.

Product coaches guide you into clearing obstacles before they become a problem. They’ll answer any questions you may have while providing you with shortcuts and tips to streamline your process. Think of support as your defensive line, and Product Coaching as your offense.
We’re talking one-on-one time with a product expert to walk you through anything you’re curious about. That can be getting started with something you haven’t tried yet (like our new Titan lineup), or learning new ways to use the products you’re familiar with.
Want to go mobile? During a call, coaches can show you the Critical Items inside TOTAL for Mobile and how to customize both the display and the order. They’ll also show you how to tap on a room name on the sketch to add notes and take a photo for that room. That way, you’ll be ready to go when you’re out in the field! These are just a few examples of how you can use something every day but still miss out on some amazing features.
One of the best ways to learn new tools is to attend one of our free webinars that cover the basics, and then follow it up with a Product Coaching call. We know your schedule doesn’t have a lot of wiggle room, so we offer multiple classes each month on a variety of products. And if you’re unable to attend, you’ll receive an email with the recorded version in your inbox after the class concludes.
