New tool to help capture more non-lender business

When looking for any kind of product or service, most people now start on the Web. This holds true for homeowners, attorneys, CPAs, and the like looking to hire an appraiser. Therefore, your XSite needs to make it a no-brainer for someone to approach you about a potential assignment, and this is why we created the new Fee Quote content page.
The Fee Quote content page contains a specially designed form that asks for minimal information. The idea is to make someone feel comfortable asking about an appraisal – once you have their contact information, you can talk to them and explain in person why an appraisal from you is good for their situation and well worth your fee. We gave this form a friendlier look than the standard lead capture forms and also made sure it worked beautifully on the mobile-optimized version of XSites.
The Fee Quote form is also easy to put on your site. Start in to Step 6 of the Wizard – My Content. From there, put a check mark in the Fee Quote page. (If you want to change the instructions that appear above the form fields, click the page to edit it.) Once you’ve enabled the page, go to the next step and move it to the top of your navigation links so it’s easy for visitors to see.
Whenever someone fills out this form, you’re sent an e-mail notification, and the contact is automatically added to your XSite Contacts database as part of a Fee Quote marketing group so they are easy to identify for future follow up. Lead capture stats for the page are shown right in the page editor where you customize the heading and special instructions for the form.
The Fee Quote content page is now available for both Standard and Enterprise level XSites. Enable it today to give your site some added appeal to potential clients interested in your services.
