Have you ever needed to point out something important to a client with a photo in the report? WinTOTAL and TOTAL make it remarkably easy to add icons or balloons to a photo.
Double-click on any photo to open the Image Optimizer. In WinTOTAL, go to the Annotate tab, and choose your option from the pull-down. Here are some pointers:
- To add an icon, click the icon you want to use, then click on the photo where you want to place it.
- To add a custom balloon with text, choose your balloon and font colors, then click on the photo to place the balloon.
- Double-click a balloon to add your custom text, then click and drag the balloon and pointer into place.
Click Finish when you’re done.
