With SmartAddress, re-using recent property as a comparable in a new report is just three clicks away. Here’s how it works.
In the grid, type the address for a property you’d like to use as a comparable. If you've used this property in a previous report, TOTAL prompts you to click the SmartAddress icon. In the new window, choose the previous version of the property you want to use and click the green arrow to Copy all Data for that version. Click Save and you’re all done – that version of the property is now in your report. You’ve not only saved a bunch of time retyping, but also made sure that you were consistent in the usage of that property from one report to the next.
