To save you time and hassle, TOTAL automatically populates your major forms with your license number, state, and expiration date every time you sign a report.
To set up your license information, or to update your expiration data after renewal, just visit the User Management section of TOTAL's Settings. If you appraise in multiple jurisdictions or states, you can even set up multiple licenses for your user. Then, when you sign each report, you're prompted to choose which license you want to use.
