Announcing the Modern Appraiser Roadshow

We're excited to announce an entirely new three-day workshop series called the Modern Appraiser Roadshow. Our first stop is beautiful Denver this August. Click here to learn more.

We've spent the past year touring the country (hitting nearly 20 cities), teaching appraisers how go mobile with tablets, DISTOs, and apps. Over and over again on the tour, we were asked to come back with more training: 1004MC, worksheets, desktop sketching, speeding up formfilling, and more. We were also asked for Continuing Education credit. So the Roadshow was born.

The Modern Appraiser Roadshow is a three-day event covering everything — from better ways to start reports to using databases to USPAP compliance to automating tedious work, sketching, mobile workflow, and so much more. You can attend all three days or pick single days. And, we're applying for Continuing Education credit for each session (In fact, Oklahoma is already approved for 14 hours).
