SmartFilters in TOTAL’s Appraisal Desktop gives you basic accounting data at a glance. It’s live, on by default, and is based on the invoice data already in your reports, so there’s no extra work to do.
Click any of the various timeframes in the left pane of the Appraisal Desktop to display a list of all the reports for which you’re owed money within that timeframe. Drill down and see what a particular client owes you for that timeframe using the Client drop-down at the top.
