Appraiser Tech Tip: General Purpose Commercial form

If you do some commercial appraising in addition to residential, check out TOTAL's General Purpose (GP) Commercial appraisal form. It's perfect for those smaller jobs, and when used in conjunction with the standard supplemental forms (maps, photos, cover pages, etc.), you can use TOTAL to help build your report faster.
