Choose your “favorite” forms for easy access

Most appraisers use templates to save time by not having to add the same forms to every report over and over. But what about forms that are used often, but not often enough to go into a template?

In that case, the appraiser can search for the form they want in TOTAL's Contents window. However, many appraisers have missed the ability to "flag" a particular form as a personal favorite.

The next time you’re searching through the contents for a form that you regularly use, simply click the star icon to the right of the form name, and a “Favorite Forms” list is created at the top of the contents list. Add as many forms as you like to your favorites list, and this will keep you from having to search for those forms on a regular basis.
