Convert XML files into reports
Written by Marketing on August 27, 2013
See how to convert any UAD XML file into a new TOTAL 2013 report in the one minute video above.
Real life example: You're switching to TOTAL 2013 from another formfiller. You want to use your property data in TOTAL, but your old provider has encrypted your files. Or maybe you already have TOTAL 2013, but your colleague doesn't. They send you a report to review, but you can't read it because they use a different formfiller that encrypts the file.
Simply open up the XML file in TOTAL 2013 using our XML Importer. With this tool, you can import XML files from your colleague or your previous software into TOTAL. It will create a new report complete with the all of the property data. Your appraisal reviews will be faster and easier, and you’ll have access to your older XML reports.
