Import Word narrative sections into your reports as addenda

For some of your longer narrative sections, you’re used to writing up your addenda in Microsoft Word, where you include charts and graphs and special formatting. Then you have to copy and paste that text into your addendum in your formfiller and waste a bunch of time checking and reformatting all the data.

Instead, use TOTAL’s Insert Document option to import your entire Word narrative at once.

Simply click into your addendum where you want it to go, click Insert, then click File. Browse to your Word document, then click Open.

That’s it! TOTAL imports your Word document all at once, with all your specially-formatted text, charts and tables intact.
