Integrated Math Calculator

Do you still grab your physical calculator when doing reports? WinTOTAL and TOTAL have a built-in math calculator, accessible in the Tools menu, which can save you time in three distinct ways:

First, you don’t have to leave the program to use the windows calculator, or search your desk for your TI-85.
Second, WinTOTAL’s calculator can insert whatever result you get from your calculations right onto the form, into whichever field you click. This way, you don’t have to retype, or even copy and paste.
And thirdly, something you won't find anywhere else, the math calculator can be programmed with an algebraic function, for those of you who do more complex calculations – and then you can insert the result with just a click.

And, like so many features in WinTOTAL, there’s a hotkey so you don’t have to grab the mouse: CTRL+M.

An extra tip:
If you have a multiple-monitor setup, you can leave the calculator open on your secondary monitor so you never have to open or close it. It’ll insert into the currently active field in the forms window automatically.
