Line-item UAD adjustments in the grid
Written by Marketing on March 19, 2013
Has it become more difficult to work with comps since UAD came out a couple of years ago? Have you wanted to make line-item adjustments for certain UAD fields, but the Fannie form doesn’t allow it?
Try the Detailed View in TOTAL 2013’s Side-by-Side Comps PowerView. The Detailed View breaks down each grid field into its component fields, and if you’re in a UAD form, it breaks down each UAD field as well.
For instance, you can adjust separately for each of the room below grade types. Another example is the location field, where you can adjust separately for each location factor. Your line-item adjustments are added up and displayed in the form field at the top, which is what prints out on the final report.
