New features announced at NAR show add even more value to your Agent XSite

"Yes, you can make changes any time you want."
"Yes, you pay one yearly fee for your site, no monthly fee, no hidden charges."
"Yes, you can have MLS approved listings on your site."
"Yes, when you call at 3 a.m. on a Saturday someone in our Oklahoma office will be there to help you with your XSite."
Those were just a few of the remarks you could hear us telling the throngs of visitors we had at our booth during the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Conference and Expo over the weekend. Of course, many of the agents who visited us were awestruck that we were really giving away that shiny 2005 Mercedes SLK 350 sitting smack dab in the middle of our booth; but many more of you came to see how Agent XSites and XSellerate can help you get more leads, manage your clients better, and ultimately allow you to run your business more efficiently.
After checking out our competitors' prices, some of you were shocked that the $699 price ($499 at the show) was all you'd pay for an entire year for your Agent XSite – there were no extra charges to make changes or any hidden "hosting fees" attached. And unlike some of our competitor's products, many of you were thrilled with the ease of use and the control you had over every aspect of your XSite – from set up time to editing your content pages to fit your own market.
It was at the NAR show we announced two of our newest partnerships that will add even more value to your Agent XSite.
Get more leads directly to your site
Working with HomeGain, an online consumer-to-agent matching service, our Agent XSite owners can receive qualified home buyers directly to their site by utilizing HomeGain's BuyerLink Platform.
Buyer Link has agreements with all of the leading search engines including Google™, MSN® and Yahoo®, as well as relationships with more than 300 partner sites. Combined, these partner sites receive more than 3.5 million unique visitors per month.
BuyerLink drives qualified buyers to an agent's IDX page of their website to search the MLS active listing's in their area. IDX or Internet Data Exchange is a program initiated by NAR that allows members of an MLS system to display publicly, on their company or personal website, all of the currently available properties for sale within that MLS system. An agent's website must have IDX in order to take advantage of BuyerLink. Not sure how to add IDX to your website? Give us a call at 1-800-alamode and we'll walk you through the steps.
When potential buyers search for a home on any of HomeGain's partner sites, they select the geographic region where they are interested in purchasing a home and are then directed to the MLS/IDX search page for the Agent XSite owner. After the consumer registers at the IDX site the agent is provided with the buyer's contact information for follow-up purposes.
"This first-of-its-kind agreement enables consumers to begin their search from any one of a number of search engines or websites, then be seamlessly connected to a local real estate professional's site where they can view the entire local market's inventory of homes for sale," said Rusty Lindquist, a la mode Product Manager. "Not only do consumers receive the home sale information they are looking for, but agents receive qualified leads that are connected directly to their own, branded site."
"For real estate agents, it doesn't get any better than having online homebuyers delivered directly to their website where they have control of the relationship with their customer from the first point of contact," said Glenn Houck, HomeGain's Senior Vice President, Agent Success.
BuyerLink allows agents to determine their monthly budget. And, as this is a pay per visitor product, agent's only pay for the visitors they actually receive. As a special offer, Agent XSites and XSellerate owners can subscribe to BuyerLink in their desired geographic area(s) and receive $75 off their first month's invoice.
Improved listings = more leads
Looking for a better way to display your MLS' active listings on your website? Agent XSites automatically connects to the IDX for more than 150 boards (including 70+ in Florida). IDX lets visitors search through the active listings from your local MLS without leaving your website, visitors who see these listings on your website will typically contact you to schedule showings and to get help buying their new home.
And now we've partnered with iHomefinder, an IDX website solutions company, to give Agent XSites owners a more robust solution for displaying their MLS active listings. Agent XSite owners also receive additional savings when they sign-up for their MLS' IDX solution. iHomefinder is waiving their usual setup fee for Agent XSites owners. iHomefinder offers IDX coverage for more than 35 MLSs, within 17 states including coverage throughout most of California.
With iHomefinder's IDX solution, XSite owners will be able to automatically display their personal listings as "featured listings." Plus, listing search results include property details, maps, school information, mortgage calculators and lead generation forms.
Our partnership with iHomefinder will also appeal to large Broker/Agent offices that can create individual agent bios for each company agent. Agents' personal listings are displayed and agents can monitor their own clients' search activities.
Flyers including your contact information can be printed for any listing and clients can request a showing for any property. You can also create an "Open Homes" page that will display your open homes for the week.
The iHomefinder IDX solution includes features not available to agents accessing their local MLS data directly. "Agents who have invested in an Agent XSite know the value of online marketing, and how to attract Internet-savvy home buyers and sellers," said Jim Humphrey, Sales Director of iHomefinder. "We are delighted to be able to offer significant enhancements in that area to Agent XSites owners at special pricing. The partnership between a la mode and iHomefinder is a natural."
