New marketing campaigns available for XSellerate

In addition to new content and themes for your Agent XSite, we've also added more features to our XSellerate marketing system for Agents. XSellerate combines professional print and e-mail marketing with web-based client communication tools including e-mail and scheduling. And now, you now have even more marketing campaigns to help you reel in new customers and keep in close contact with your existing clients. We've added 67 new campaigns. Some of the newly created campaigns include:
- After the holidays – Buyer/Seller
- One year follow up – Buyer/Seller
- Marketing to FSBOs
- Promoting an open house
- Buyer follow up
- Marketing to renters
- Staging your home
- Expired listings, and more
"We focused on XSellerate e-mail and print campaigns over the last month to bring more valuable content to our users, which we can only hope will provide future growth to our customer," a la mode Product Manager Brian Ringer said.
XSellerate works in tandem with your Agent XSite to capture and convert leads into customers. For example, if a prospect fills out a lead generation form on your XSite, that prospect can be automatically added to an XSellerate marketing e-mail campaign that you've set up, based on the page they were visiting on your site. To activate your new campaigns, go to the XSellerate section of "My Office" area.
